1. The service
Fetch Order Tracking is a hosted tool that, on your instruction, connects to your eBay store and AliExpress account and writes order, tracking, carrier, delivery-date, and refund information into a Google Sheet you own. The tool acts on your behalf using the OAuth credentials you authorise.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with the terms of eBay, AliExpress, and Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your own legitimate eBay/AliExpress selling operation.
- Don't use it to break eBay, AliExpress, or Google terms, or any applicable law.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
- Don't resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
4. Free trial, billing & cancellation
- Free trial: your first sheet is free for 5 days, no card required.
- Pricing: after the trial, active sheets are billed monthly per sheet (see the pricing page for the current rate). Prices may change with notice; changes don't affect the current paid period.
- Grace period: after a sheet's paid period ends we provide a short grace period so you don't immediately lose tracking data; after that the sheet pauses until payment resumes.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Your Google Sheet and its data remain in your own Google Drive — we don't lock anything up. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data & connected accounts
You retain ownership of your order data and your Google Sheet. You grant us permission to access your connected eBay, AliExpress, and Google accounts solely to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account at any time.
6. Third-party platforms
The service depends on eBay, AliExpress, and Google APIs, which are outside our control. If those platforms change, restrict, rate-limit, or interrupt their APIs, some features may be temporarily or permanently affected. We're not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but provide it on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the service where necessary. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
The Fetch Order Tracking software, brand, and website content are our property. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you beyond the right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost sales, or eBay account issues). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. On termination, your access ends but your Google Sheet and data remain yours.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
