Where do I sign in to my dashboard?
If you already have an account, your sign-in URL was emailed to you on signup. We don't link the dashboard from the public site for security. Lost the link? Send us a note above and we'll send it back.
How do I start a free trial?
Reach out via this form or email with a short note — your eBay store name, your AliExpress account region, and which Google Sheet you'd like connected. We'll provision a sheet and email you the dashboard link within one business day.
Do you support marketplaces other than eBay × AliExpress?
Right now, eBay (worldwide) and AliExpress Dropshipping are the supported pair. Etsy + AliExpress and Shopify + AliExpress are on the roadmap — drop us a note above to be added to the early-access list.

I think I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Right here. Include the AE Order ID or eBay Order ID, the page you were on, and what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
