Getting started

What is Fetch Order Tracking?

A web tool that automatically pulls eBay orders, fetches matching AliExpress tracking information, detects refunds and disputes, and writes everything into your Google Sheet — so dropshippers stop copy-pasting tracking numbers.

Which marketplaces does it support?

eBay worldwide (via the official Finances API) for sales, and AliExpress (via the Dropshipping / Open Platform API) for sourcing. UK last-mile carriers (Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail) are auto-mapped so column values stay clean. Try our free AliExpress Carrier Decoder to see the courier behind any tracking number.

Do I need to install anything?

No. There's no spreadsheet plugin, browser extension, or desktop app. The whole tool runs in your browser at fetchordertracking.com, and your Google Sheet stays in your own Drive.

How do I connect my stores?

You connect eBay and AliExpress with OAuth from the Connections page, then point the tool at a Google Sheet you own. Click Sync and it fetches orders and tracking into the sheet.

Using it day to day

How often does it sync?

On demand whenever you click Sync, plus an auto-chain mode that keeps batching until your queue is empty. Hundreds of orders per click is normal.

Can I use it for more than one store?

Yes. Each workspace supports multiple sheets, each connected to its own eBay store and AliExpress account. It works for agencies, multi-brand sellers, and multi-region operations across eBay UK, US, and AU.

Does it detect refunds?

Yes. It checks issue status, refund timestamps, and child orders together, so it catches delivered-then-refunded orders that a single field would miss.

My AE tracking update stopped before finishing. Why?

Very large sheets can hit a per-run safety cap on auto-chained batches. Click Update AE Tracking again to continue — it resumes where it left off using a skip-list, so no order is processed twice.

Pricing & billing

How much does it cost?

Your first sheet is free for 5 days, no card required. After that it's $12 per sheet per month (currently 40% off the regular $20) with every feature included and no per-order fees. See the pricing page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your sheet stays in your Google Drive and you keep all your data.

Are there usage limits?

No. Run as many syncs as you want, on as many orders as you have — same price.

Data & privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes. eBay and AliExpress use OAuth, so we never see your password, and tokens are encrypted at rest. Your order data lives in your own Google Sheet, owned by your account — we don't keep copies on our servers. Read our full Privacy Policy.

What are the terms of service?

The tool acts on your behalf using the credentials you authorise, you agree to comply with eBay/AliExpress/Google terms, and standard SaaS liability limits apply. Full details on our Terms & Conditions page.
