Tooling for sellers who'd rather ship than copy-paste.
We started building Fetch Order Tracking because we were running our own dropshipping operation and lost two hours every day to a Google Sheet. The fetcher is the tool we wished existed back then.
From spreadsheet hell to a one-click fetcher.
For a year we ran a small UK eBay store sourcing from AliExpress. Every morning started the same way: a coffee, a spreadsheet, and 45 minutes of copy-pasting AE Order IDs into AliExpress's web UI to grab tracking numbers, statuses, and refund states. The Refund column was always wrong — we'd find out a buyer had been refunded only when they messaged.
We tried every off-the-shelf tool. None of them spoke eBay's Finances API (so the net earning column was always an estimate). None of them mapped UK carriers correctly. None of them caught refunds on already-delivered orders. So we wrote one ourselves — and after enough other sellers asked for it, we made it a product.
What we believe
- The right level of automation is "I never touch it again".
- The seller owns the data, not the tool.
- Net earning means net earning — not gross minus an estimate.
- If a row is wrong, the tool should tell you why.
- Less interface beats more interface every time.
What we won't compromise on.
Your data, your sheet.
We don't keep copies of your orders. Your Google Sheet lives in your Drive, owned by you. Cancel any time and the data stays with you.
Honest about what we don't know.
When AliExpress's API returns nothing, we say so. We don't fake "shipped" statuses, and we never write data we didn't actually receive.
Built by sellers, for sellers.
Every feature traces back to a dropshipper losing an hour to a spreadsheet. If a feature doesn't save time, it doesn't ship.
What we collect, plainly.
When you sign in we keep your email, your store name, and OAuth tokens for eBay and AliExpress (encrypted at rest). When you run a sync, the order data is read from eBay/AliExpress and written to your Google Sheet — we don't keep a copy on our servers. We don't sell or share your data. Full policy available on request: info@fetchordertracking.com.
How we operate.
Fetch Order Tracking is offered as a service. By using it you agree we'll do our best to keep it running, that you'll comply with eBay and AliExpress terms of service, and that the tool acts on your behalf using the credentials you provided. We cap our liability at fees paid in the last 12 months — standard SaaS terms. Full contract on request.
